The ceramic beads are made of a special clay with about 80 different micro-organisms.
The micro-organisms are baked in the clay.

After our dogs have worn the anti-tick leash day in and day out,
they are clearly less affected by ticks.
The tires do not give a 100% guarantee, they ensure that ticks do not bite
and dogs become unattractive to ticks.
It is important to maintain the anti-drawing tape properly
It is important to keep checking the dog after walking.
Just like other anti-tick products (also products that do contain chemicals)
no product can offer 100% guarantee.
The effect of the anti-tick strap differs per dog.
Generally, the dog will start wearing the anti-tick band within 3-4 weeks
are less attractive to ticks to bite.
The anti-tick band should be worn by the dog as much as possible.
It is recommended to wear the band at all times during the drawing season.
The strap should not be too loose so that it can tip over,
the tape works best when it hits the coat.
The anti-drawing tape can be cleaned by cleaning it under lukewarm water under the tap.
It is important to do this every 2-3 weeks, so that the beads continue to work properly.
In this way, the micro-organisms in the ceramic are reactivated.
Then let the belt dry in the sun or under a UV lamp.
By drying in the sun, the UV radiation ensures that the beads continue to work.
Note: the drawing tape is not suitable for attaching a belt, the closure is too weak for this.
