These are our terms and conditions. These, along with the references they contain, are
applicable to every agreement that we, K9World by van der Veeke, conclude with you.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of
these terms and conditions will apply to our agreement.
 
Article 1 - Products
 
We sell dog supplies
 
Article 2 - Registration
 
You must fill in all requested information to order a product. You will need your personal information for this
provide to us. You must enter this personal information truthfully and it must be current.
We protect your personal data well.
 
Article 3 - Payments
 
The (total) price of our products is indicated in our webshop.
The shipping costs are for your account.
 
Article 4 - Deliveries
 
We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address
if we have already shipped the package. Post NL takes care of the distribution. When the package is shipped, you will get
from us via email a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the order.
We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you by email
informed. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after the confirmation of the order.
If this is not successful, you can request us to refund A: the amount you paid for the product,
or B: to send a replacement product (of equal value).
 
Article 5 - Return
 
You may always return the product within 14 working days of receiving it.
You can do this by informing us by email with reason and description, our email address is: info@k9world.nl.
After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 working days. If we have the product
received, without signs of use and undamaged, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days.
The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product,
you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product as necessary
to determine if you want to keep the product. Dog food and specially tailored products cannot be returned.
Dogtra's electronic collars cannot be returned due to the manufacturer's warranty conditions.
 
Article 6 - Warranty
 
We give 1 month warranty on all products except food. If the product breaks during normal use and within the warranty period,
you are entitled to a replacement product. You must send the defective product to us in the original packaging.
The shipping costs are for your account.
 
Article 7 - Liability
 
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product.
This does not apply if that damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will be in
in any case, the maximum amount of the ordered and paid product.
 
Article 8 - Intellectual property rights
 
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials,
are our property (or are we with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe on this.
 
Article 9 - Complaints procedure
 
If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible
(and described as completely as possible) to: info@k9world.nl. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days
after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within 2 days
and let you know when we expect a substantive answer. If we cannot resolve the complaint among ourselves,
there is a dispute that falls under the dispute settlement.
 
Article 10 - Dispute settlement
 
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you.
In the event of a dispute, the court in Limburg has jurisdiction.
